DONATION BASED SUP MEDITATION CLASSES resume THURSDAY, MAY 11th 2017, meeting at at 5:35 pm and running from 6 pm7:20 pm. Classes are offered every 2nd and 4th Thursday evening through October. 2017 class dates: May 11th, May 25th, (no class June 8th) June 22nd, July 13th, July 27th, August 10th, (no class August 24th), September 14th, September 28th, October 12th.
After 20 minutes of seated beach meditation guided by your instructor (more below), we will enjoy a peaceful, freestyle hour long paddle while the sun is setting.
A meditation practitioner since 1998, Allison Martin-Attix became a certified meditation coach in 2005. While we tend to spend time training our bodies, we spend little time training our minds. Living a balanced life includes taking time in nature and learning to focus inwardly. This combined SUP meditation class offers all of that and more!
PREREQUISITE: This class will not cover how to Stand Up Paddleboard. Please join us first for SUP 101 to learn how to SUP!
