Doing Yoga while floating on a SUP in a beautiful lakeside cove? What’s not to love? Our popular SUP Yoga classes offer various yoga sequences on the boards for all levels of students. Classes start with instruction on the beach before transitioning to water to anchor for practice, and end with savasana meditation. OUR SUP YOGA CLASSES MEET THE SAFEST TEACHER:STUDENT ratio! No more than 7 students may participate, so you will never feel lost in a crowd and will receive individual attention, if needed. Students LOVE our SUP boards for yoga due to non-slip pad, comfort, stability & size.
Because SUP Yoga classes are limited to 7 people, we recommend you reserve your spot in a class in advance.

Group class offered In 2019 as a 4 week series on MOST ThursdayS, beginning May 2nd @ 6:15 pM • 90 MINUTES
Participants are encouraged to register for the whole series, however, drop-ins are okay if boards are available or for BYOB.
**May series: May 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd. June series: June 13th, 20th & 27th (June offered as 3 week series due to holidays). July/August series: July 18th & 25th, August 1st & 8th.
If 2019 series classes fill up, we will add August/September dates.

A meditation practitioner since 1998, Allison Martin-Attix became a certified meditation coach in 2005. While we tend to spend time training our bodies, we spend little time training our minds. Living a balanced life includes taking time in nature and learning to focus inwardly. This combined SUP meditation class offers all of that and more!
PREREQUISITE: This class will not cover how to Standup Paddleboard. Please join us first for SUP 101 to learn how to SUP safely and effectively!
