LYFSUP YOGA CLASS: 90 + minutes of Yoga meets Stand Up Paddleboard (no prior SUP experience necessary).
Group SUP Yoga classes offered every SUNDAY at 9 am ending around 10:45 am, and (NEW!) the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 6 pm through October. (NOTE: there are NO group SUP Yoga classes on JULY 2nd).

Doing Yoga while floating on a SUP in a beautiful lakeside cove? What’s not to love? Our SUP Yoga classes offer various yoga sequences on the boards for all levels of students. Classes start with instruction on the beach before transitioning to water and end with savasana meditation. OUR SUP YOGA CLASSES MEET THE SAFEST TEACHER:STUDENT ratio! No more than 7 students may participate, so you will never feel lost in a crowd and will receive individual attention, if needed.
Students LOVE our SUP boards for yoga due to the full non-slip pad, stability & size. We also provide custom anchors so that you won't float away!
2017 pricing: $28 includes instruction, board, paddle, anchor, PFD and leash to hold your paddle in place
$22 instruction only – BYO board (includes anchor)
SUP Yoga passcards: $125 for 5 classes!! (NOTE: passcards MUST be used in the calendar year they were purchased.)

BOOK YOUR OWN PRIVATE GROUP CLASS ANY DAY. Rates *$45 per person for *private group classes (2 + students) OR $65 for a 90 + minute private.
